USAID Funding Suspension Unlawful, Judge Orders Immediate Restoration of Aid
On March 11 2025, U.S. District Judge Amir Ali made a groundbreaking decision stating that the Trump administration violated the constitution by suspending the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) funding, which hindered the will of Congress to approve the foreign aid programs in 2023.
